RECAP - ISSessions CTF Day 1

Today, executives and members from Netsoc participated in the ISSessions CTF, hosted by ISSessions of Sheridan College at KPMG in Downtown Toronto. The competition was an exciting and dynamic experience, featuring a range of challenges following their "Black Hat" theme from an intricate five-layer OSINT challenge to a complex multilingual translation puzzle. With something for everyone, the event truly put participants’ skills to the test at all skill levels. I highly recommend every member of Netsoc to participate next year as this is a good way to practice your skills alongside our TacOps upcoming this year.

Both Ontario Tech University teams delivered strong performances, securing 2nd and 3rd place at the end of the day. As the competition continues into Day 2, the question remains—can they hold their positions or climb even higher? Stay tuned to find out!
